Our Visit the Vulcan Day is a great chance to get ‘up close and personal’ with Vulcan XL426 in its hangar at London Southend Airport.
You can walk round Vulcan XL426 and for an additional fee you can climb inside for a guided tour of the cockpit.

Join us to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Dam Busters raid with a twilight taxi-run by Vulcan XL426 at London Southend Airport.
The event will also feature a big screen showing of The Dam Busters feature film starring Richard Todd and Michael Redgrave.

This event is organised by UP AN’ AT ‘EM! HISTORY and admittance is by advance ticket-only.

Refreshments, including hot and cold food, will be on sale at this family friendly event.

XL426 will be taking to the London Southend Airport runway on 16 September for our second taxi-run event of the year.
Come along and hear XL426's Olympus engines howl at full power and see the Vulcan's brake parachute bring XL426 to a halt.
